Where is my order?

We will send you an e-mail notifying you with your order confirmation as soon as the order has been verified. Once your order is packaged and left the warehouse, we will send you another e-mail notifying that your order has been shipped, along with the shipment tracking number. Please note that we will notify you only via e-mail.

When will my credit card be charged?

Most internet retailers charge your card when the item is shipped. Since our products are made-to-order (custom made), your card is charged immediately upon purchase. By the time you get your statement, you still may not have your Fuf or Beanbag item yet. Please allow us about 8-15 business days to make and ship an order, plus delivery time. Sometimes the shipping time may exceed if any particular fabric color runs out of stock.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Since our products are made-to-order (custom made), your order is entered into the manufacturing process soon after it received. Once the order is in manufacturing process, we will not be able to change your order. Therefore, we ask you to contact us immediately (within 24 hours of placing the order) if you wish to change or cancel your order. Cancellation requests received later than 24 hours of placing the order, will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. You must notify us via an e-mail to orders@efoof.com regarding your order change or cancellation. You must include your order number in the e-mail.

Can I change or cancel my order after the order has shipped?

Orders canceled after they have shipped or any order refused upon delivery will be treated as a return and will be processed as per our return policy.
